You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the Service, such as profile information. By submitting content, you grant LearnThai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

LearnThai offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription, which may be offered as monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable platform policies
• Lifetime plans provide permanent access to premium features with a one-time payment
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
